Montana Land for Sale

The southern central region of Montana has semi-arid weather with the mountains collecting the majority of the moisture. Consequently, if you are planning on ranching/farming you will need 30-50 acres of dry land per animal instead of the 2 acres of irrigated land in other parts of the state. This results in irrigated land costing much more, and if you are looking for a mountain view it will be higher still.
